How ugly can this guy get?

 Jacob Isaiah Goff was arrested last year for disorderly conduct (top mugshot) and this year for shoplifting (bottom mugshot).  What the hell happened to this guy in one year?  Last year he was just plain ugly.  Now he is hideous.  And how did that one tooth survive in that mouth?  This could be an anti-meth PSA.
